maXYmos TL 5877A
The maXYmos TL captures, analyzes and evaluates the XY curves of two measurands that are required to maintain a precisely pre-determined relationship to each other. XY measurements of this kind can be used to monitor the quality of an individual manufacturing step, a series of steps in component assembly or an entire product.
