About CLPA

CLPA as an Open Network Promoter

Based in Japan, CLPA has established bases of operations in 11 regions around the world. We lead the way in further promoting the CC-Link industrial network to the world. To respond to recent needs for control and total system optimization, we have developed CC-Link IE, an Ethernet-based integrated network. From helping vendors develop compatible products to promoting our partners products globally, we provide a wide range of support services.

We are also working to bring CC-Link into wider use by sharing with our users the latest information and documents related to CC-Link, helping vendors develop CC-Link compatible products, participating in various exhibitions, and by planning and organizing seminars.

History

First in Asia, the fieldbus network CC-Link has been opening up ever further as CLPA takes the lead to develop and spread its use globally.

Organization

CLPA is comprised of the ten (10) company Board of Directors, Marketing Subcommittee, Technical Subcommittee, and CLPA partners.

International Standardization

CLPA is recognized internationally for excellent compatibility and its abundance of connectable products as well as the high technical standards and ease of use of those products and has gained certifications to a number of international standards.

Admission

Partner companies can download the latest CC-Link technical data and specifications sheets free of charge. Member companies can also get help with conformance testing and other forms of technical support for developing CC-Link-compatible products.
