This is a demonstration on how to set CC-Link IE TSN compatible CKD 4G valve in Mitsubishi Electric PLC. CC-Link IE TSN is a single cable solution that enables integration of different networks with a deterministic control to prioritize traffic type for fast communication. CKD 4G valve which is CC-Link IE TSN compatible is also an user-friendly, high performance & highly reliable pneumatic valve with 100 million life cycle. Information from production site could be monitored through CKD valves. For example, the monitor status of valve on count can be used as an indication for preventive maintenance. The separate power supply for valve & unit helps ensure rapid equipment recovery during valve replacement.
