Report of presentation at Fet' 2009, international network conference in Korea

On May 20 to 22, 2009, the 8th IFAC International Conference on Fieldbusses and Networks in Industrial & Embedded Systems (Fet’ 2009) was held in Hanyang University in Korea.
CLPA, as one of the sponsors of this international conference, delivered a special technical presentation introducing CC-Link IE -- the Ethernet-based integrated network -- as the latest in network technology. The conference was attended by 60 participants from Europe, the U.S., Korea, China, and Japan (CLPA and Keio University), who enjoyed the presentation delivered by Bernard Dumortier, Secretary of IEC TC 65 and SC 65C, and other presentations introducing network and wireless technologies. Such presentations generated lively discussions and eager information exchange.
During this Korea visit, CLPA also delivered a special lecture at Ulsan University, one of Korea’s most respected universities, on May 19. On May 20 to 23, CLPA operated a booth at LED EXPO & FPD Korea 2009, promoting CC-Link IE to the Flat Panel Display (FPD) industry.
CLPA continuously and proactively participates in international conferences to accelerate its global activities.
