  When the valve width is 14 mm: 650 l/min.
• The valve terminal is capable of accommodating a total of eight valve functions.
• Up to 22 valves, 22 solenoid valves, or 22 three-directional valves can be connected to a single valve terminal.
• Up to 16 I/O points can be added via a field bus connector.
• A vent port can be set in any position.
• The valve terminal is also available for vacuum if an external pilot is used.
